I highly rate Andrea Bocelli as a fine singer with a gorgeous, individual, simple voice. This album in no way does him justice. Is he now trying to be a pop singer?

Nice songs (well known songs) in a open air theatre. Personally I reckon it is pitty that Andrea didn’t show country fragments

I am convinced that Andrea Bocelli can be a more successfull singer of well loved songs than classical Opera arias. In this DVD he sings the ancient spanish standards with fantastic feeling and,may I dare say, perfect spanish pronounciation. I have heard comments, from my non-spanish speaking friends, that they loved this DVD, and included CD, even though they did not know the words. Fantastic DVD, fantastic voice, fantastic songs and fantastic performance. Highly recommended.

WOW, is the one word that stands out when I play this DVD/CD. I wasn’t crazy about Andrea Bocelli (not crazy about Opera) until I saw this, (his first ever), “Pop” Concert. There’s no better way than to spend an evening with someone you like, (enjoying perhaps some soothing Cabernet), watching and listening to the most Gorgeous Spanish, Italian and even French Like songs. The Orchestration he uses in this Concert is Superb. The Visual Clarity and Audio (especially when using DTS) on this DVD stands out as the Premiere DVD to watch when you want to watch a “Live Concert”. Nothing comes close!

An extraordinary performance by Andrea Bocelli in an extraordinarily gorgeous setting. It was Bocelli’s first time singing a couple “pop” songs which is a real departure for this purist tenor. The viewer was further entertained with a small and unexpected appearance of a gorgeous woman with whom he sang a duet. Evidentally it was a last minute invitation to one of the “behind the scenes” worker. Every moment was magical.
